The brewery
What began as a blend of curiosity, Franconian enthusiasm for brewing and remarkably well-practised procrastination has been producing surprisingly drinkable results since 2026.
No corporation. No marketing committee. Just honest ingredients, small batches and a Goldendoodle who lends the beer his name and face.
We don't make beer for everyone. We make beer for that moment when you say: Yep. Just what I needed.

Brewing philosophy · 01
Some people write essays; others tidy up. We mash in. What starts as a “quick distraction” ends in temperature curves, hop additions and the serious question of whether there are enough bottles left. Procrastination isn't a problem here – it's part of the production process.

Where others keep vacuum cleaners, crates of drinks and things they plan to “sort out later”, our legend begins. Small space, big ambition: batch by batch, Franconian liquid gold is created there – beer that can hold its own against any major brewery, except perhaps when it comes to floor space.
